What we know so far…

Ulster University Business School’s NI Year of Food and Drink celebration event
12 April

A six course banquet of local produce created by final year student Matt Logan who will be supported in The Academy Kitchen by fellow students studying BSc Hons degrees in Culinary Arts Management and International Hospitality Management. The event, in the Academy Restaurant at the UU’s York Street campus, will showcase students’ expertise and creativity whilst at the same time supporting NI’s Year of Food and Drink.

Taste of Tourism
18 & 19 April

A NIHF summit style event which opens with a Taste of Northern Ireland gourmet dinner on 18th April in the Culloden Hotel ahead of the conference on 19th April in the same venue. Its primary objective is to outline the role of food and drink in the development and promotion of tourism. It will also be a platform to showcase local produce at the Taste of Northern Ireland gourmet dinner and provide a networking opportunity for those engaged in the sector.
