The Computer Services team deals with technology delivery, integration, operations, technical project delivery and governance within Tourism Northern Ireland.

The Digital and Computer Services Division is responsible for the following teams and areas of work within Tourism Northern Ireland (Tourism NI).
The Digital Services unit is responsible for an exciting Digital Transformation Work Programme. The team identify unarticulated business needs and co-ordinate between stakeholder groups to address them. The team monitor global technology trends, provide consultative support on business-led technology initiatives, create prototypes and co-design innovative solutions.
Key priorities are:
- Deploying new IT systems, tools and processes to support business agility, including a crucial Client Relationship Management system.
- Building a Data Analytics operation which collates and connects a variety of data sources to deliver timely, actionable insights into tourist behaviour and decision-making.
- Testing and stimulating the use of new technologies to improve the visitor experience, such as Virtual and Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence.
The work of these teams contribute to the overall strategic direction of Tourism NI.
