Tone of voice reflects your brand personality, helps you connect with your audience, and makes you different from the rest. It also works as a great informer of how to remain consistent with your content output.
A tone of voice also creates a memorable image of your brand, especially if it is relatable to the viewer.
When determining this, you should ask yourself: ‘Does my business suit a casual or professional tone of voice?’ Usually with B2C businesses, an informal tone is best for building essential relationships. For tourism businesses, a friendly, approachable, trusting tone of voice is key.
