To ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your attendance it is important that you attend the networking dinner as this is your final opportunity to meet with any tour operators you were unable to get an appointment with.
NEW FOR 2017
We are constantly striving to improve Meet the Buyer year on year and, to help us do this, we are installing a brand new appointment matching system for 2017 which will enable you to request appointments with tour operators directly and to create your own appointment schedule.
This will ensure your sales appointments are more accurately matched to your own specific business profile. When the new appointment system opens you will be able to see a full list of tour operators who are attending the event.
We held a Travel Trade & Sales Platforms Masterclass in January, which included a detailed session on how to make best use of this new system. Please view the demonstration video below.

If you have registered to take part in this year’s event please make note of the following important dates for the new Appointment Setting System:
- Week Commencing 6th Feb – You individual Password / Username will be sent to you – at this stage you will be able to edit your e mail address and profile
- 20 Feb – Appointment system opens for international tour operators
You will start to receive appointment notifications at this stage – BE READY!
- 27 Feb – Appointment system opens for NI Trade
- 22 Mar – appointment system closes for all

- Check your spam
- Recommend you change info@/enquiries@ etc. e-mail addresses to personal work addresses where possible
- Edit your profile to sell your offering –
What’s unique? Why would international operators want to meet you?
- Accept/decline appointment requests ASAP – Don’t delay!
