About Our Speaker:
Tony Haren is owner/director of Admor Business Solutions, which he founded in 2004.
He is a Member in Practice of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with over 35 years’ experience in banking/finance and providing advice to business owners.
Tony is a Business Finance Mentor with Tourism NI, a Premium Business Adviser with Enterprise NI and a Finance Mentor with eight Local Council small business support programmes. He is also a Senior Credit Reviewer with Credit Review Ireland, whose role is to independently review appeals by business owners whose bank borrowing requests have been declined.
With extensive experience up to board director level, Tony specialises in showing businesses and not-for-profit organisations how to improve their financial management, corporate governance and overall effectiveness.
He strongly believes that owners/directors need to continually assess their business operating model to maintain/improve profitability and sustainability.
This webinar is being delivered as part of the Tourism Enterprise Development (TED) Programme 2023 and is open to all in the NI Tourism & Hospitality Industry.
