WorldHost Workshops 2022
Prepare your staff to deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of unique customers
Tourism NI is working in partnership with People 1st International to offer a series of WorldHost workshops to tourism and hospitality businesses across Northern Ireland.
WorldHost Principles of Customer Service and WorldHost Inclusive Service workshops are available across each Council area with a limited number of free places.
Workshops on offer include:

Empower your front line staff to deliver excellent customer service to give your business the outstanding reputation it deserves. These workshops are available both online or face to face, running across the country on the following dates:
Online
- 7th February
- 15th February
- 24th February
- 2nd March
- 7th March
WorldHost Inclusive Service
Give your employees the skills to welcome a diverse range of people to your business and provide them with a consistent level of service befitting progressive moral, ethical and cultural attitudes. These workshops will be face to face, running across the country on the following dates:
- Derry-Londonderry - 27th January 2022
- Belfast - 16th February 2022
