Tourism NI is delighted to launch a brand new growth programme for tourism businesses - the Workplace Excellence Programme.

What is the Workplace Excellence Programme?

The Workplace Excellence Programme is a two-year tourism business growth programme designed to build long-term success through the creation of a culture of excellence in the workplace. By attracting and retaining top talent, tourism businesses are best placed for success, creating environments where people are proud to work and ultimately deliver exceptional visitor experiences.

Who should participate?

If you recognise that motivated, well-supported employees are essential to delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving real business results, this programme is for you.

This growth programme is best suited for businesses with significant workforces where the impacts of the programme can have best success.

What does the Programme include?

  1. An independent & confidential Employee Survey within your organisation
  2. A bespoke Action Plan based on the results of above.
  3. One to one HR Expert People Management Support and Training over a 2 year period.
  4. Certification and Recognition within Tourism NI's Workplace Excellence Programme.

If this Programme is of interest, please complete the initial expression of interest form for an initial meeting with Tourism NI to deem suitability.  Expressions of interest close Friday 31st July at 5pm. A formal registration process will follow the initial call.
