Risk Register
A Risk Register is a tool for documenting risks, and actions to manage each risk. The Risk Register is essential to the successful management of risk. As risks are identified they are logged on the register and actions are taken to respond to the risk. More information on how to use a Risk Register can be found here.
Risk Assessments
Every element of the project build, preparation and then final Standard Operating Procedures must have a Risk Assessment documented and filed. These also may be used for training purposes and will form the ‘Due Diligence’ defence if something goes wrong. Every element of the Experience/Attraction must be covered by a risk assessment for this reason, from Ride or experience operation, to office work.
