The building project plan will have its own Critical Path and Project timeline plan. The following sections are for guidance only and will serve to prompt thinking about the visitor Experience and the operational team involvement into the entire project from concept to fruition.
3.1 Shell
Every Attraction starts with a concept and the Visitor Experience is at the core of the concept. In order to build a sustainable attraction, this must be at the forefront of the thinking. The external shell, the services to it and how the attraction physically operates must be driven by this thinking. The project plan timelines refer to the following subsections for consideration and integration into the project building plan.

Be wise to the fact that the External approach to the attraction forms the first physical interaction with the visitor population and this has a huge impact on the Visitor Experience. The theming – although vital to the vistiro experience and the branding of the attraction also need to be consistent with the interior, and contribute to the Visitor experience on entry and exit.
