Who is this for?

The Digital Excellence Programme is designed for visitor businesses of all sizes that are ready to commit to strengthening their digital capability and implement practical improvements that support business growth. To apply, you must:

• Be an existing tourism business operating in Northern Ireland
• Have an active listing on our consumer website DiscoverNorthernIreland.com as of 01 April 2026
• Have basic digital infrastructure in place e.g. a website profile and regular email access.
• Demonstrate commitment to programme participation
• Agree to share baseline and post programme performance data

What will be involved?

The programme has been designed to fit around busy tourism businesses and requires minimal time commitment.

• A short online assessment (around 20 minutes)
• One one-to-one session to review your results and recommendations
• Up to 10 hours of tailored mentoring support over 12 months

All support is delivered at a pace that works for your business, with no large group sessions or extensive ongoing workload.
