The Forum gets under way with networking over tea/coffee, followed by:

‘Lean into Luxury: a tourism practitioner’s experiences on delivering to incentive/luxe guests’ – by Mark Rodgers, Landmark Luxury Tours
JAM – Claire McCleery of JAM will outline how the ‘Just A Minute’ card signals that a visitor needs a little extra time, perhaps due to a hidden disability or additional need and will cite real-time experiences from our member Emerald Park showing how it helps deliver a patient, caring and seamless experience.
Industry update from Catherine Flanagan, CEO of AVEA, followed by Lunch.
Dome Show: “Our Night Sky” – a seasonal tour of the night sky, guides us through the beautiful constellations visible at this time of year.
