Being Big Hearted in Tourism & Hospitality

This is a one-day course with 15 places available. Designed for those currently working in the sector.

Being Bighearted in Tourism and Hospitality is a FREE  one-day course aimed at those who wish to refresh and hone their customer skills and already have experience in the Tourism or Hospitality sector.

This course will take place on 26th March 2025.

You will gain a Level 2 qualification in the Principles of Customer service for hospitality and tourism.

The focus will be on providing you with skills in providing big -hearted excellent customer experience to guests in the tourism and hospitality sectors.

The course is FREE

Learners must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the programme:

  • Employed in a customer service/facing role within the tourism & hospitality sector;
  • Eligible to work in Northern Ireland;
  • ‘Settled’ in Northern Ireland, and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years; or
  • A person who has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK.

Documentation confirming eligibility of the above criteria will be requested prior to securing a place on the course.

Courses will be delivered in-person and learners must be available to attend the full day.
