Business Model Restructuring

The Business Model Restructuring webinar was aimed at tourism businesses who endeavoured to examine and review their existing business models to drive efficiencies and improvements.  The webinar provided tools to help establish if restructuring is required across the entire business operation or as part of a more targeted approach.

Further areas covered included, assisting business to understand business models, analyse and identify key areas for restructuring and how to implement, track and report on key milestones and Key Performance Indicators.

The webinar was delivered by Tony Haren Owner & Director of Admor Business Solutions.
