Get into Tourism

This is a two-day course for those not working in tourism and hospitality and with no experience in the sector.

Get into Tourism is a FREE  two-day course aimed at anyone seeking a full time or part time career in the Tourism Sector.

This course takes place on the 10th and 11th March 2025.

You will gain a Level 2 qualification in the Principles of Customer service for hospitality and tourism.

The course will provide participants with the opportunity to explore pathways and opportunities in the industry to allow you to ensure this is the best fit for your future career. Participants will also have the opportunity to visit some of Northern Irelands best Tourism attractions and experiences.

• The course is FREE

Learners must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the programme:

• Eligible to work in Northern Ireland;
• ‘Settled’ in Northern Ireland, and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years; or
• A person who has indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK.
• 18 years of age or older.

Documentation confirming eligibility of the above criteria will be requested prior to securing a place on the course.

Courses will be delivered in-person and learners must be available to attend both days.
