Innovate Tourism & Tourism Business Clinic

Tourism NI, in partnership with Innovate NI, is launching a series of regional roadshows throughout February and March to support tourism businesses as they prepare for 2026. We are delighted to host one of the first sessions in this series at The Valley Hotel, Fivemiletown. 

Innovate Tourism continues to be a highly valued programme within the industry, supporting innovation across visitor experiences as well as helping businesses embed new processes and practices. To date, more than 60 tourism businesses have achieved Innovation Recognition from the Department for the Economy 

This first session will focus on the Ideation stage of the Innovation Framework, guiding participants through the process of generating innovative—yet achievable—ideas that deliver clear benefits for their audiences. The workshop is designed to help businesses think creatively about new opportunities that can enhance performance, improve efficiencies, and elevate visitor appeal.

• Events and more 

Support will also be available for listing your business on DiscoverNorthernIreland.com and for setting up your MyTourismNI e-learning account.

These clinics provide direct access to expert guidance and tailored support from Tourism NI teams, helping you shape and strengthen your future plans. 

This ideation workshop forms part of the wider Innovate Tourism programme. The second phase, taking place in March, will focus on the Commercialisation stage.
