Building on the success of the Innovate Tourism programme and regional roadshows, this engaging session highlighted how innovation helped tourism businesses adapt, stay relevant, and unlock new opportunities in a changing and competitive operating environment. Details of Innovate NI’s upcoming Business Innovation Grant (BIG) were also unveiled.

So far, over 64 tourism businesses had achieved Innovation Recognition, an important avenue to access future funding mechanisms. This webinar continued that momentum, offering practical tools and inspiration to help businesses embed innovation into their operations.

The webinar was also joined by industry expert Tracey Jeffery (Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen), who shared her journey of putting innovation into action in her own business. Tracey turned her 18th-century farmhouse into an immersive food experience blending tradition and storytelling.

Attendees gained expert insights, practical tips, and real-world examples to help their businesses embrace innovation and thrive in today’s tourism sector.

There was an opportunity at the end of the session to ask questions during the live Q&A with all speakers.
