OCN Level 2 Principles of Customer Service course

We are pleased to invite frontline staff within the tourism and hospitality industry across the Causeway Coast and Glens to take part in an OCN NI Level 2 Award in the Principles of Customer Service qualification on 9th and 10th June at Northern Regional College, Coleraine Campus.

This course is a joint partnership between Visit Causeway Coast and Glens and Northern Regional College and is subsidised by the Department of Economy Skills Focus Programme (90% of total cost) with refreshments and town tour covered by Visit Causeway.

The course will be taught with a tourism and hospitality focus to ensure it is relevant for our CCAG tourism industry. 

It will include a guided walking tour of Coleraine town centre and the provision of lunch, offsetting costs to the employer or business and making this a 90% funded (eligibility criteria applies) opportunity to upscale both small business owners or frontline staff in tourism organisations to invest in their skills development.  This represents a cost of only £20 per person for this valuable upskilling opportunity.
