Northern Ireland Hotels Federation Prepares Packed Programme for Hospitality Exchange 2026
Calling all tourism and hospitality providers
The programme for Hospitality Exchange 2026 is now live, with the conference set to return to Crowne Plaza Belfast on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 October 2026, welcoming delegates for two days of insight, inspiration and networking.
Organised by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation, this year's programme focuses on Leadership, Innovation and the Future of Hospitality. Sessions include insight on hot topics such as artificial intelligence, leadership, the importance of friendliness, tourism uncertainty and the rising growth of data-driven decision making.
Headline contributors to this year's Hospitality Exchange event include AI visibility expert Adam Hamadache, travel journalist Pól Ó Conghaile, Radisson's Suzanne Speak and Claudia Ivanova-Fotev and leading speaker Dr Paul Redmond.
Programme highlights
- Beyond the Booking, an interactive series of seminars focused on new skills, personal development and what ensures success.
- The Leadership Lunch with Spencer Metzger, where the Michelin star chef talks about life and leadership. The lunch will also recognise emerging hotel talent at the Rising Star Awards.
- Business Breakfast hosted by Mark Simpson. Aoife Roche will be bringing the latest hotel performance figures, Scot Turner will also look at changing trends as well as an expert panel diving into the changing dynamics shaping hotel growth.
- Talking Tourism, a topical interactive session on how tourism has shaped the economy and where it is headed next, island opportunities moving forward and how cool summers could be a new hot opportunity.
- Speaker Lunch - Keynote with Adriaan Bartels, exploring luxury hotels and his journey to Cashel Palace.
- Gala Ball, combining fine food, wines and unforgettable entertainment.
