WorldHost Principles of Customer Service

The WorldHost Ambassador Workshop gave staff and volunteers and introduction to customer service to help develop skills to deliver a warm and friendly welcome to customers and visitors, and is particularly focused on their role as an ambassador for their employer and the local area.

This was a full day course on providing excellent customer service, learning new skills and techniques to Empower staff to deliver excellent customer service, and give your business the outstanding reputation it deserves.
