Tourism NI invites you to take part in Innovate Tourism 2026 – From Moments That Matter to Visitor Value, a two-part workshop series delivered as part of our Regional Roadshows.

The first two Innovate Roadshow dates kick off with hands-on workshops designed to help you step back, reset, and re-energise your visitor experience for 2026.
Using the Moments That Matter approach, you’ll unlock fresh, practical ideas at a key stage of the visitor journey that add real value and raise quality.
You’ll leave inspired, with clear actions you can put into motion straight away.

Insight to Impact - Building Visitor Value for 2026
The final two Innovate Roadshow dates focus on helping you create more value from the visitors you already have, supporting stronger yield and long-term sustainability.
You’ll step back to explore how your experience, pricing, operations and delivery model can be strengthened to improve performance and resilience.
You’ll leave with clear priorities and practical actions to build a more sustainable and successful business for 2026.

At each Innovate Roadshow, representatives from key Tourism NI departments will be on hand to offer advice and guidance tailored to your business.
Book a one-to-one appointment with the departments of your choice to ask questions and discover how to get the best support for your business.
Appointments will be scheduled after lunch from 1:10 PM onwards, and you’ll receive confirmation of your time before the event. Make sure to select the departments you’d like to meet when booking to secure your session.
