Meet the Buyer 2026

Tourism Northern Ireland is delighted to announce Expressions of Interest are now open for Meet the Buyer 2026. The event will take place at the ICC Belfast on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th March 2026.

Meet the Buyer is Tourism Northern Ireland’s flagship event and provides an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your tourism business to a pre-qualified group of international buyers from Northern Ireland's priority markets.

Meet the Buyer 2026 will run over 1.5 days in a face-to-face format. We encourage you to take full advantage of this valuable opportunity, to connect with targeted international buyers.

Event Format:

  • Thursday 26th March Full day of face-to-face appointments at ICC Belfast followed by an evening networking event. A limited number of places will be available for the networking dinner, and these will be allocated separately.
  • Friday 27th March Half day of face-to-face appointments at ICC Belfast.

Appointments:

Participants can request up to 30 one-to-one appointments with international buyers from a range of markets. These meetings will be organised in advance via the Converve online platform.

  • 3, 4 and 5-star accommodation providers and hotel groups
  • Visitor attractions and experiences
  • Coach & transport operators
  • Tour Guide Associations (no individual guides)
  • Activity providers
  • Regional tourism DMO's / Local authorities
  • Special interest providers
  • MICE and luxury providers
  • Golf specialists and resorts

Eligibility Criteria:

Tourism businesses who are:

  • Based in Northern Ireland
  • Can offer net negotiated/commissionable trade rates
  • Can contract with Tour Operators
  • Have sufficient capacity to facilitate tour groups and pre-booked FIT business
  • Focused on international markets
  • Have attended at least one other face-to-face or online B2B workshop in the last 3 years

Deadline for Expressions of Interest: Monday 5th January at 5pm

By submitting this expression of interest, you will confirm that you meet the above eligibility criteria for this event.

Submitting an expression of interest does not confirm your place at the event. A further registration process is required once you have been allocated a place.

In the event of oversubscription, additional criteria will be applied and preference may be given to EAGS aligned suppliers.

Please note that late expressions of interest will not be considered.
