Epic Journey arrives in Derry

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Ebrington Square where the Claret Jug was on show once again.

Local children, golfing fans and passersby stopped to get their photograph taken with the trophy and at Tourism Northern Ireland's giant `The Open' letter sculpture as well as participate in the various playing challenges.

The 153rd Open will take place at Royal Portrush Golf Club from July 13-20 with more than 270,000 people set to make the journey to the North Coast to watch the action.

The final stop on the Epic Journey to The 153rd Open is at O'Connor Square is on May 21 in Tullamore, Co Offaly - home of 2019 Open winner Shane Lowry.
