HATS State of the Workforce Survey 2023
Take part in HATS Network State of the Workforce Survey – help employers to better address their workforce needs & influence the sector’s skills action plan.
Recruitment and retention issues have severely impacted the hospitality and tourism sector over the last few years and present a significant issue for businesses.
Against this backdrop, we’re partnering with Hospitality and Tourism Skills (HATS) Network to invite you to complete the State of the Workforce Survey 2023.
The survey investigates skills gaps and workforce issues across the hospitality and tourism industry and explores approaches to training and development and workforce planning. By sharing your experiences and reflections anonymously, it will help employers across the sector to better address their workforce needs and will allow us to build the evidence base to inform the HATS skills action plan that will set the workforce priorities for the future.
The survey is a mix of free-text and multiple-choice questions and should take around 15 minutes of your time.
