Tourism NI describes Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026 as "an incredible moment for Belfast and Northern Ireland"
Northern Ireland has once again been showcased on the world stage as Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann filled Belfast with the sounds of traditional music, song, dance and culture.
Throughout the eight days of celebrations, the city's streets came alive with energy and creativity, and Tourism Northern Ireland is proud to have played its part in helping deliver such a phenomenal event.
Footfall figures released today by Belfast One BID reveal 1.6 million people were in Belfast city centre during the Fleadh.
From the dedicated volunteers, to our hard-working tourism and hospitality industry, there is no doubt you went above and beyond to ensure that every visitor had a truly Un-Fleadh-gettable experience.
Laura McCorry, Chief Executive of Tourism Northern Ireland, described the Fleadh as "an incredible moment for Belfast and Northern Ireland".
We look forward to welcoming visitors back when the Fleadh returns to Belfast next year.
