Karly Greene (Appointed November 2023)
Karly Greene is Director of Analytical Services at the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA), where she leads on corporate services, technology, dissemination and statistics regulation and quality, supporting the Northern Ireland Government to understand its impact and priorities through evidence.

Prior to this, Karly was a Senior Civil Servant in the UK Government, leading Northern Ireland's Trade and Investment Directorate. She has also served as Director of Strategic Development and Partnerships at the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, responsible for the organisation's strategic, corporate and business planning, research, policy and advocacy. Earlier in her career, she was Head of Research and Equality at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, and a Research Director and Senior Analyst in leading consultancies including Quadrangle, Clarabridge and PwC.
With over fifteen years' experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, Karly specialises in using research and data to inform strategy, policy and executive decision-making. She is passionate about using evidence to drive change and demonstrate impact, particularly through a focus on equality, social justice and involving customers and underrepresented people in the design of strategy and services.
Karly also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Housing Rights and is the former Chairperson of Nexus NI. As a Board Member of Tourism NI, she chairs the Marketing Committee and represented Northern Ireland as an observer of the VisitBritain Board in 2025.
