The Board
Our Board is appointed by the Department for the Economy and sets the strategic direction for the organisation. The Board advises and holds the Executive Leadership Team to account to ensure that our organisational aims and objectives are met. It is also responsible for ensuring high standards of corporate governance and efficient use of public funds.

Executive Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership Team is divided into four organisational departments each headed up by a Director. The ELT is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring objectives are achieved. The team is led by our Chief Executive John McGrillen.
