Executive Leadership Team

Tourism NI’s Executive Leadership Team is responsible for advising the Board on strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring the aims and objectives of the Corporate and Operating Plans are achieved. The Executive Leadership Team comprises four Directors who each have responsibility for an organisational division, and the Chief Executive. The Executive Leadership Team is supported by a wider Senior Management Team.

Laura McCorry - Chief Executive

On joining Tourism NI as Chief Executive in September 2025, Laura McCorry has brought with her over two decades of experience in heritage management, destination development and strategic investment promotion.

David Roberts - Director of Destination Development

David Roberts, Director of Strategic Development at Tourism NI, is responsible for Investment and Industry Programmes, Regions and Experience Development.

Eimear Callaghan - Director of Client Engagement

Eimear Callaghan is Director of Client Engagement at Tourism NI, with over 20 years' experience in tourism development, international sales, and strategic marketing across both the public and private sectors.
