This Higher Level Apprenticeship in Hospitality Management is aimed at those employed or moving into supervisory/operational management roles such as Food and Beverage Operations Managers, Events Managers, Front Office Managers.
Eligibility criteria is as follows:
- Employed from day one, working a minimum of 21 contracted hours per week (including day release/off the job training) with one employer who has a permanent base within Northern Ireland;
- New employee or an existing employee undertaking a new job role in the company that requires additional learning and skills development;
- Attained the minimum school leaving age; and
- Must meet set entry criteria for the course
