As CEO Laura McCorry is responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of Tourism NI. Alongside the Chairman, she is responsible for advising the Board on the strategic direction of the organisation. She heads up the Executive Leadership Team which has representation from Tourism NI’s four Divisions.
