The team is responsible for budget planning and monitoring, financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, governance frameworks, audit coordination, and supporting compliance with public sector guidance. It works closely with the Board, Audit and Risk Committee, and Executive Leadership Team to ensure sound decision-making, value for money, and accountability in delivering Tourism NI's strategic objectives.

The People & Organisational Development team helps Tourism NI get the best from its people while ensuring the organisation has the capability, culture, structures and leadership needed to achieve its strategic goals. The team also has responsibility for facilities management and provides executive support to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

The Digital & Technology Services team enables Tourism NI through reliable, secure and innovative technology services. The Team provides the systems, tools and support colleagues need to work efficiently, securely and creatively. 

Working across the organisation, they deliver IT services, cyber security, business systems, technology governance and digital transformation. They identify opportunities to improve services, simplify processes and ensure technology investment delivers meaningful benefits for Tourism NI.
